L’arbitre international Mustapha Ghorbal a été désigné par la commission d’arbitrage pour diriger le match USM Alger-US Biskra, comptant pour la 21e journée du championnat de Ligue 1Mobilis. Abbès Akram Zerhouni et Feriel Ouahab seront ses deux assistants.
