Si la NASCAR et ses \u00e9quipementiers semblent tous d\u2019accord pour passer \u00e0 une forme de technologie hybride ou d\u2019\u00e9lectrification, les modalit\u00e9s et le calendrier de cette \u00e9volution semblent beaucoup plus flous. Lors d\u2019une conf\u00e9rence de presse sur l\u2019\u00e9tat de la discipline tenue l\u2019automne dernier au Phoenix Raceway, le directeur de l\u2019exploitation de la NASCAR, Steve O\u2019Donnell, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que l\u2019organisme de r\u00e9glementation visait toujours 2024 au plus t\u00f4t pour introduire une s\u00e9rie distincte de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques. Les responsables de la NASCAR ont confirm\u00e9 qu\u2019il n\u2019y a pas de calendrier pour les changements \u00e0 apporter aux moteurs actuellement utilis\u00e9s dans la s\u00e9rie Cup. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"pt-PT\">Jim Campbell, vice-pr<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">\u00e9sident am\u00e9ricain de la performance et des sports automobiles pour Chevrolet, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que l\u2019\u00e9quipementier travaille sur des \u00e9tapes d\u2019hybridation dans toutes les s\u00e9ries de courses auxquelles il participe. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"nl-NL\">Mark Rushbrook, directeur mondial de Ford Performance Motorsports, a d<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu\u2019une \u00e9tape interm\u00e9diaire pourrait consister \u00e0 passer \u00e0 un carburant \u00e0 faible teneur en carbone ou un carburant \u00e9coresponsable tout en continuant \u00e0 utiliser un moteur \u00e0 <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"pt-PT\">combustion.<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"> Une chose est sure, si la NASCAR, temple de l\u2019\u00e8re p\u00e9troli\u00e8re de la course automobile embo\u00eete le pas des autres disciplines dans le sens d\u2019une hybridation puis d\u2019une \u00e9lectrification, c\u2019est que ce processus est d\u00e9sormais irr\u00e9m\u00e9diable.
